* Craft a micro-learning map – a fast-cycle review of current programs and staff needs, resulting in a set of recommendations on curriculum, scope and sequence for each requirement.

* Micro-Learning Lab production – develop and inventory of video segment scripts based on the learning and development requirements outlined in the learning map.  Produce a segment of video’s to be added to the Anerian micro-learning libriary.

* Publish Micro-Learning Library – develop an internal publication platform for the micro-learning library using existing resources.
