Anerian seeks to work with organizations who are motivated to innovate.  There are many dynamics that drive the demand for a new, different, simpler, faster, less costly approach to achieving goals and delivering value.  Our clients have learned how to adjust the various internal processes and practices to make a substantial impact — which in hind-site didn’t seem plausible – we think of this as a characteristic of unique innovation.

In 1891, while working as a physical education teacher at the YMCA International Training School (today, Springfield College) in the United States, Dr. JameUnis Naismith was faced with the problem of finding an indoor game to provide “athletic distraction” for an unruly group of students – and he only had 14 days to do it. After discarding the idea of adapting outdoor games like soccer and lacrosse, Naismith recalled the concept of a game of his school days known as duck-on-a-rock that involved accuracy attempting to knock a “duck” off the top of a large rock by tossing another rock at it. Starting from there, Naismith developed a set of 13 rules that gave origin to the game of basketball.

The process of innovation takes many forms, and Anerian has adopted the best practices from the likes of Naismith and others in the industry to craft a formula for success.  Innovating ‘Innovating Your Service Value Chain’ is designed for organizations grappling with the challenges of delivering higher value services, improving efficiency and thinking of new approaches of ‘how to play the game’ much like Dr Naismith.

There are a myriad of new offerings coming to market and so many opportunities for firms to outperform the competition in video learning, attracting talent, communicating with clients, engaging stakeholders in change efforts, launching a new system and many more.  In addition each industry has their own challenges with innovation acoustics in health care, energy, education to name a few.

Our client innovators have invented many new successful services offerings to address new challenges that have come about due to both internal and external competition, the need to continually seek approaches to do more with less, or like Dr. Naismith to make something out of whole cloth.  The challenges our clients continue to face and we are passionate to help address are:
