steveSteve Lynott has 20 years of IT strategy development consulting experience including work at Toys R US, Goldman Sachs, Dime Savings, World Bank, Department of Energy and Homeland Security. He was trained in the design of strategy roadmaps by Michael Doyle – the inventor of the modeling technique who is also known for his work as a pioneer in the 1960’s in facilitation).

He has over 10 years experience with System Dynamic Modeling method and has employed this technique to assist businesses identify strategic goals and plans and to understand the implications of these strategies in relation to inter-dependencies, un-intended consequences and impact. He has used this technique with the US Marine Corps, the Department of Energy, and the Air National Guard.

Compendium and the Knowledge Management technique was popularized at the research center MCC Austin and is an open source technology that enables real time capture of multi-layered IT discussions incorporating formal and tacit knowledge. Mr. Lynott has been using these tools since the early ‘90’s in strategic planning, process reengineering and IT planning processes.

Anerian executives have been pioneers in the design and application of web-based collaborative technologies for strategic planning and priority setting for over 15 years. Mr. Lynott was instrumental in bringing these tools to the Department of Defense, OMB, and DHS.

His skills include all aspects of management consulting, facilitation, design and development of corporate scorecards and dashboards and executive coaching.
