Tara Carcillo

taraTara Carcillo has eight years of experience in the field of management consulting and specializes in methodology design and development, organizational development and participative meeting design and facilitation.

Prior to consulting she worked in the field of higher education as a Director for Student Leadership development. Some of her past clients include: the American Red Cross, Department of Homeland Security, US Small Business Administration and the National Air and Space Administration. As part of her work with the Department of Homeland Security, she served as the lead author for the first nationally recognized method for statewide planning, designed to advance emergency communications. She has a passion for collaborating with clients to tackle complex challenges and take advantage of emerging trends impacting a client’s work and mission.

She conducted her undergrad work at Washington College in Biology, and received her Masters from Antioch University in Whole Systems Design.
